Psychedelic jazz meets raw rock energy<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Norwegian band M\u00f8ster!<\/span><\/span><\/strong> is one of the most exciting formations between jazz, psychedelic rock and experimental sound art. Led by the saxophonist Kjetil M\u00f8ster<\/span><\/span><\/strong> the quartet brings together some of the most influential musicians on the Scandinavian scene - including members of Motorpsycho<\/span><\/span><\/strong> and Elephant9<\/span><\/span><\/strong>. Who Elephant9, Hedvig Mollestad Trio <\/strong>or Fire!<\/strong> with us knows what to expect. The dear Vikings are only in Germany for a short time and, in addition to Leipzig and Siegen, will only use the MPS studio for a nice Live recording<\/strong> take with you. Concrete<\/strong>The only concert far and wide exclusively for 50 spectators!<\/p>\n

The band includes guitarist Hans Magnus Ryan<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (Motorpsycho<\/strong>), bassist Nikolai H\u00e6ngsle<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (Elephant9<\/strong>, Needlepoint<\/strong>) and percussionist Kenneth Kapstad<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (Spidergawd<\/strong>, formerly Motorpsycho<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Since its foundation in 2010, the M\u00f8ster!<\/strong> The band has created an unmistakable sound that fuses free jazz, psychedelic rock, electronic abstraction and cinematic soundscapes. Their music moves between the spiritual intensity of 60s jazz, the electric force of the 70s fusion sound and the hypnotic power of repetitive grooves - and always remains independent and uncompromising.<\/p>\n

Live, the band reveals its full strength: every concert becomes a sonic journey through eruptive walls of sound, driving riffs and meditative passages. M\u00f8ster!<\/strong> inspires a cross-genre audience - from jazz and avant-garde listeners to fans of psychedelic and experimental rock. Performances at renowned festivals such as the \u00d8ya Festival<\/strong>, the Molde International Jazz Festival<\/strong> or ReWire<\/strong> underline its international appeal.<\/p>\n

With albums like Dust Breathing<\/em> (2020) and the current Springs<\/em> (2024), the band has continued to develop. Springs<\/em> has been hailed by the press as one of their most mature and at the same time most accessible works - an album that impressively demonstrates the enormous range and musical depth of M\u00f8ster!.<\/p>\n

For 2026 Bolts<\/em><\/strong> has already announced the next groundbreaking album.<\/p>\n
