Marlies Brunner-Schwer passed away on April 1, 2023 at the age of 95. The widow of MPS founder Hans-Georg Brunner-Schwer was a great friend of jazz music until the end. Many legendary jazz musicians played at the Brunner-Schwers' villa: Duke Ellington, the Oscar Peterson Trio, Mit Buckner and many others. Their hospitality was as legendary as their cooking and baking skills. She fondly remembered the great times when the crème de la crème of the jazz world visited the studio and the Brunner-Schwer house. One of her great passions was her garden, which she tended until shortly before her death. She was the center of her family and a proud great-grandmother. Farewell Marlies!
